INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the Paro packet and 3 cups of water into a medium pot.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

Cook 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lentils are tender and creamy. Add a pinch of salt, stir, and serve.
