HOW TO COOK?

In a medium-sized pot, boil 4 cups of water.
Once water starts to boil, add the Paro packet.

Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring often until mung beans and rice are tender.

Add a pinch of salt. Stir and serve.
paro TIP
Substitute water with vegetable broth for added flavor. Add fresh onion, black pepper, or cilantro. We like ours with Paro Tarka.
