KEY INGREDIENTS
WHY WE LOVE IT
Turmeric
The golden spice. Anti-inflammatory, gut-supportive, and responsible for that beautiful warm color in every bowl.
Split Mung Bean (Moong Dal)
The OG superfood. High in fiber, easy on your gut, and one of the richest plant-based protein sources around. This little bean does a lot.
CLOVES
Bold and assertive, cloves bring a deep, rich aroma to the blend. Known for boosting immunity and aiding digestion — a little goes a long way.
Cardamon
Floral, slightly sweet, and incredibly aromatic. Cardamom has been used in Ayurvedic cooking for centuries to support digestion and add a touch of warmth.
