Our new favorite shortcut for delicious subzi! (Check out the braised cabbage below) We’ve tried it so many dishes and it’s a hit every time — easy and versatile. We recently included Tarka and Kitchari in gift baskets for a SABA Oregon (sabaor.org) and the attendees were thrilled. Will keep spreading the word on your wonderful products!

I love this meal. It’s wholesome and so tasty. The mix of seasoning and spices is on point even when I add my own veggies to it. In the picture, you’ll notice I mixed mine with chickpeas and enjoyed it with red rice. Thanks so much for all you do! I will definitely purchase this again.

I didn't think it would be this easy to make but truly all you need is to add the packet to boiling water and stir and it was ready in 30 minutes tasting just like my mom's food! Definitely gonna rely on this as a desi college student who doesn't enjoy cooking haha.

Loved it. I like the fact that the ingredient panels are simple, preparing it is easy, and it tastes freaking amazing. Especially love that Tarka, it turns anything it touches into pure gold!
