Ingredients
2 slices of white bread or sourdough bread
2 tbsp of Maazah Lemon Aioli
2 tbsp of Paro Tarka
1⁄2 cucumber, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1⁄4 red onion, sliced

Chutney Tarka Sandwich
METHOD

Spread 1 tbsp of Paro Tarka on each slice of bread. Over the Tarka, spread 1 Tbsp of Maazah Lemon Aioli on each slice of bread.

Shingle all the veggies in even layers on one piece of bread. Add more slices depending on how thick you’d like your sandwich. Top with other slice of bread.

Optional: Grill sandwich on stovetop or panini press.
