METHOD

Place your skillet on the stove over medium heat.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of Tarka to the pan. Let it heat until it shimmers but doesn’t smoke.

Carefully open the shell and let the egg slide into the pan. Let the egg cook for about 2-3 minutes. The white should be set, and the edges might become slightly crispy. The yolk will remain runny.
