Ingredients
1 lb brussels sprouts
1 block feta
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Tarka Oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: pomegranate seeds & sesame seeds

Tarka Brussels Recipe
METHOD

Preheat oven to 400 deg. F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Slice brussels sprouts in half, then toss in balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tbsp Tarka Oil, salt, and pepper. Lay out on baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, or until slightly crisp.

In the meantime, add the feta and 1 tbsp olive oil to a blender or food processor and whip until smooth.

Spread feta onto a dish, then top with brussels sprouts. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, sesame seeds, and more Tarka Oil. Enjoy!
