Ingredients
12 oz of spaghetti
1⁄4 cup of Brightland AWAKE Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Brightland ROSETTE Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Paro Tarka
1 shallot finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1⁄4 cup of finely chopped parsley

Heat 1⁄4 cup of Brightland AWAKE Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat and add shallot and garlic. Lower to medium low and sweat garlic and shallot until tender. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to instructions.

When spaghetti is almost al dente, add Tarka to pan with shallots and garlic. Allow Tarka to toast for about a minute. Add pasta with a splash of pasta water and stir vigorously with tongs.

Add parsley and Brightland ROSETTE Garlic Infused Olive Oil and continue to mix. Top with more Tarka to taste.
