2 tbsp Avocado oil
1/4 cup organic popcorn
1 tsp Tarka
1 tsp salt

Tarka Popcorn
METHOD

Heat 2 Tbsp avocado oil in large saucepan.

Add 1/4 cup popcorn kernels once pan is hot. Cover with lid. Shake pan constantly while popcorn is popping.

Once popping slows, you’ll hear longer pauses between pops, turn off heat.

Pour popcorn in bowl. Toss with 1/4 teaspoon salt and top with 1 teaspoon of Tarka or more!
