Tbsp of plain whole milk yogurt (optional)

Follow steps per Kitchari instructions.

Add Kitchari and one cup of water or stock to blender. Blend on high for a minute and continue to add second cup of water or stock little by until you’ve reached desired soup consistency. (Alternatively, combine in a pot and use an immersion blender).

Top with Paro Tarka and yogurt. Serve immediately.
