Tarka Marinated Tomatoes
Serve as a refreshing salad or shingle marinated tomatoes on toast with aioli. Also tastes great with shards of feta and sliced cucumber.

METHOD

Slice tomatoes into ¼ inch thick slices and lay them out on a plate or platter. Dress these lightly with the red wine vinegar

Heat olive oil gently over low heat. Add Tarka let simmer for 1 minute. Spoon over tomatoes

Dress with basil, flaky salt, and more olive oil.
