1 packet of Sach paneer

2 tbsp of tarka

8 oz of green Spanish olives, pitted

1 tin of anchovies in olive oil

¼ cup of olive oil

Paneer Pintxos Gilda

METHOD

  • 1
    Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat and add tarka. Warm for 2-3 minutes on low heat so the tarka does not burn.
  • 2
    Cut paneer into cubes and pour tarka mixture over. Stir gently.

    Skewer cubes of paneer with anchovies and olives.
