1/2 lb Primary Beans of your choice (we used Flor de Mayo beans)
Garlic
Cilantro
Fresh Jalapeno
1/2 white onion

Primary Beans x Paro tarka beans

Prepare the beans: Cook beans according to the Primary Beans cooking guide in the cooking vessel of your choice. Once cooked, remove the aromatics and set aside.

Activate the Tarka: add 2-3 TBSP to a pan over low-to-medium heat.

Serve: Divide the brothy beans into bowls, top generously with tarka, and serve with yogurt, lemon, and toasted pita.
