Ingredients
1 Egg
1-2 TBSP of a neutral oil (canola oil, grapeseed, avocado oil)
1-2 Tbsp of Paro Tarka

Tarka Fried Egg
METHOD

Heat neutral oil in a pan over high heat for 2-3 minutes or until it’s very hot, and begins to smoke.

Carefully drop in your egg and reduce heat to medium. As the egg begins to set, drizzle Paro Tarka over and around egg. 3

Using a spoon, baste the egg in the Tarka that begins to pool in the pan. Cook egg white are all set and the edges are a crispy brown.
