¼ cup of olive oil
1 pack of Sach Paneer
1 lemon
8 oz of Castelvetrano olives
3 tsp of Paro Tarka, divided
1-2 springs of rosemary or other hard stemmed herb (optional)

Tarka Marinated Paneer & Olives

Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat and add 2 tsp Tarka -

Grate 2 tsp of lemon zest into olive oil. Add rosemary if using and let simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. 3. Add olives warm gently for 5 more minutes, being careful not to fry zest or olives. Remove from heat. -

Dice Sach Paneer into cubes. Pour olive oil and olives over the paneer and allow to marinate for 20 minutes or more. Top with additional teaspoon of Tarka.
